Spicy oil and sausages Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa Italian sausages

  • 2 cups

    of small cooked pasta of your choice

  • 1/2 cup

    of olive oil

  • 2

    chopped garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tablespoon

    of crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 can

    of artichoke hearts cut into small pieces

  • 1/4 cup

    of dried tomatoes in small pieces

  • 1/4 cup

    of sliced black olives

  • 1/3 cup

    of Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons

    of chiseled fresh basil

  • 2 tablespoons

    of chiseled fresh parsley

  • A pinch

    of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F. Cook Italian Dalisa sausages until golden brown.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Set aside.
  3. In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook slowly without burning the garlic.
  4. Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes and black olives and sauté for a few seconds.
  5. Stir in hot pasta, season with salt. Serve with basil and chopped parsley.
