Dalisa Italian sausages

2 cups
of small cooked pasta of your choice

1/2 cup
of olive oil

chopped garlic cloves

1/2 tablespoon
of crushed red pepper flakes

1 can
of artichoke hearts cut into small pieces

1/4 cup
of dried tomatoes in small pieces

1/4 cup
of sliced black olives

1/3 cup
of Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons
of chiseled fresh basil

2 tablespoons
of chiseled fresh parsley

A pinch
of salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 ° F. Cook Italian Dalisa sausages until golden brown.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Set aside.
- In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook slowly without burning the garlic.
- Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes and black olives and sauté for a few seconds.
- Stir in hot pasta, season with salt. Serve with basil and chopped parsley.
